R2.
A dedicated portable device for computer and network auditing. An ongoing final-year project exploring Linux-based hardware, security tools, automated reporting, and physical controls.
A dedicated tool
R2 is my ongoing final-year project: a dedicated portable device for computer and network auditing. It brings together my interests in Linux, embedded systems, networking, and security.
The project is centred on a physical device, with an intended workflow that connects auditing tools, physical controls, and reporting.
Intended scope
- Linux-based hardware as the foundation for a portable auditing device.
- Security tools for computer and network assessment.
- Physical controls for interacting with the device.
- Automated reporting to organise the output of an audit.
These describe the project’s intended scope, not a list of completed features.
Work in progress
R2 is still in development. Hardware decisions, implementation details, and testing results will be documented here as they are ready to share.
